An independant herbalist, Vivian Zarvis has long been fascinated with plants, plant lore and how they can be beneficial, leading her to study Ayurvedic medicine in India, herbs at Chelsea Physic Garden and perfumes in France. Her resulting deep understanding of plants and fragrance led her to create her own range using all natural ingredients in 1976. To this day Vivian insists on very high quality ingrediants always mixed in small batches in London.
