We may collect your name, trading and/or residential address (required for customers), telephone numbers, email addresses and other information relevant to establishing a business relationship or in the case of consumers a direct selling relationship with you. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and to fulfil any sales contract with you; We use your delivery address to know where to send the order, we use your email address and telephone number to update you about your order status. From the 25th May 2018, in accordance with GDPR legislation, we will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in to receive these emails, or if you have already provided consent. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletters. Where you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We cannot see your password.
